Thanks to sous vide and induction keeping the appliance at 33,000 BTUs it emits less ambient heat, falling under the common 400 CFM threshold for ventilation. Depending on local ventilation code requirements, with this rangetop, there may not be a need for make-up air systems. Pair it with one of our wall ovens to have everything you need to enjoy favorite meals in a limited footprint.
